Product Description
Hydroxy ethyl methyl cellulose (MHEC/HEMC) is widely used in water-based latex coatings, building construction and building materials, printing inks, oil drilling, etc., to thicken and retain water, improve workability, and is used in dry and wet mortar products.
MHEC can be widely used in construction field, for example, as a water-retaining agent and retarder of cement mortar, MHEC can make mortar has good pumpability. Apply mortar, plaster, putty powder or other building materials as adhesives to improve spreadability and extend operational time. Used for pasting tile, marble, plastic decoration, paste enhancer, but also can reduce the amount of cement. MHEC water retention performance makes the slurry after daubing will not dry too fast and crack, enhance the hardening strength.
